Terms and Conditions

1. Subject of the Terms

These terms and conditions define the rules regarding returns and exchanges of goods purchased at the online store Slopodis.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Store").

2. Definitions

a) Consumer – a natural person entering into a legal transaction with a business entity, which is not directly related to their commercial or professional activity.  
b) Entrepreneur – a natural person, legal person, or organizational entity without legal personality, conducting business or professional activity on their own behalf.  
c) Store – the online store operated by the Entrepreneur, which allows the Consumer to make purchases via the website.

3. Return and Exchange Policy

a) The Consumer has the right to return the purchased goods without providing any reason within 14 days from receiving the goods.  
b) Only unused, complete goods, in an intact condition, and in their original packaging, may be returned.  
c) The cost of returning the goods is covered by the Store.  
d) Returns should be sent to the Store's address: Warszawska 40/2a, 40-008 Katowice, Poland.  
e) Upon receiving the returned goods, the Store will refund the Consumer for the purchase cost within 14 days.  
f) In the case of an exchange, the cost of returning the goods is covered by the Store, and the shipping cost of the new product is also covered by the Store.  
g) The Store is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased goods.

4. Complaints Procedure

a) The Consumer may file a complaint regarding the purchased goods.  
b) Complaints should be submitted in writing or electronically to the Store's address: contact@diovini.com.  
c) The Store will process the complaint within 14 days of receiving it and inform the Consumer of the outcome.  
d) If the complaint is accepted, the Store will repair the goods, exchange them for a new one, or refund the purchase cost.

5. Final Provisions

a) These terms and conditions come into force on the day of their publication on the Store’s website.  
b) The Store may amend these terms, but any changes cannot infringe upon the Consumer's rights under the law.  
c) Any disputes arising from the sales contract between the Store and the Consumer will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Store’s registered office.  
d) These terms comply with European Union regulations concerning consumer rights.  
e) The Consumer may use out-of-court dispute resolution methods, including the online dispute resolution (ODR) platform available on the European Commission's website.
