2. Offer and Contract Formation

The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but an
invitation to place an order. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer, which is
accepted by us through an order confirmation email.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to return the goods within 14 days without providing a reason. The cost
of return shipping is borne by the buyer. Withdrawal requests should be sent via email to
